These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and betpjr governing your use of the betpjr platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services available to registered players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. Each player is permitted to maintain one betpjr account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created fraudulently, contact betpjr support immediately.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by betpjr are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits. Bonuses must be accepted and wagered in accordance with the specific promotion terms before any withdrawal can be processed.
betpjr is required to verify player identity before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to provide valid identification and proof of payment method. Withdrawals are processed to verified Pakistani bank accounts, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa wallets in PKR.
betpjr is committed to responsible gambling. Players may request deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Abuse of responsible gaming tools to circumvent account restrictions is a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which betpjr holds its international gaming licence. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process before any other legal proceedings.

By registering an Account on betpjr, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the betpjr Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or terms applicable to specific products or promotions offered on the Platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the betpjr Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Registration and use of betpjr is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. betpjr employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated bets voided, and all deposits returned where practicable. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
The betpjr Platform is intended for use by players accessing the service from jurisdictions where online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. betpjr does not warrant that the services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any Player's decision to access the Platform from a given location.
You warrant that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are of sound mind, and that you are not acting under the direction or for the financial benefit of any third party when registering or placing bets on betpjr. Players who are subject to self-exclusion, either through betpjr's own tools or through any external self-exclusion scheme, are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
To access real-money betting and gaming services on betpjr, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active betpjr Account. Opening multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using different personal information, is strictly prohibited. betpjr reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to withhold any Balance associated with a duplicate Account pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. betpjr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. You must notify betpjr immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. betpjr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
betpjr is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of residential address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.
betpjr accepts deposits from Players via the following payment methods available in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payment transfers. All Account Balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betpjr reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your betpjr Account. betpjr does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which betpjr accepts no responsibility.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your betpjr Account are your own personal funds and are not derived from any criminal activity. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined or subject to additional verification. betpjr reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks to any deposit transaction.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players whose Accounts have successfully completed KYC verification. Real Money Funds are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable withdrawal minimums and the absence of pending wagering requirements. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.
betpjr aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable security or KYC checks. Withdrawal processing times to JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets are typically faster than bank transfer routes. betpjr is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified bank account or mobile wallet registered in the Player's name. betpjr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that it considers, in its sole discretion, to be unusual or potentially associated with fraudulent activity.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the betpjr Account cashier section. betpjr reserves the right to apply staged withdrawal processing for large withdrawal amounts, requiring multiple payment cycles to fulfil the full withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other promotional offers made available by betpjr are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to certain low-margin table games, specific slot titles with high RTP, and certain sportsbook markets — may not contribute or may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement completion.
betpjr strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; wagering with matched betting, arbitrage, or zero-risk strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms; and colluding with other Players to fulfil wagering requirements. betpjr reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus Funds that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
betpjr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed applicable stake limits, bets placed after a market has closed, or bets that betpjr reasonably believes have been placed in bad faith or with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of betting.
In the event of a manifest error in published odds, prices, or game outcomes — whether caused by a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — betpjr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to Players' Accounts. betpjr will not be obligated to honour bets placed on obviously incorrect odds that a reasonable person would have recognised as an error.
Each casino game, slot title, live dealer game, and virtual sports product available on betpjr is governed by individual game rules published within the relevant game interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round will be voided and any staked amount returned. Interrupted sessions that cannot be verified by betpjr's system logs will be resolved on a case-by-case basis at betpjr's sole discretion.
Players are solely responsible for the bets and wagers they place on betpjr. betpjr does not provide betting advice. The availability of statistical information, form guides, and market data on the Platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation to place any particular bet.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the betpjr Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance withheld pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited:

All content available on the betpjr Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of betpjr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betpjr Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any betpjr content; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform; or frame or link to any part of the Platform without betpjr's prior written consent.
All betpjr trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of betpjr. Unauthorised use of any betpjr intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpjr's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betpjr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if betpjr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
betpjr does not exclude or limit its liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including in respect of death or personal injury caused by betpjr's negligence, or in respect of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
betpjr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or prominent in-Platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or by the betpjr licensing authority.
Your continued use of the betpjr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Account Balance prior to the effective date. betpjr will process such withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at betpjr.com/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpjr holds its international gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and betpjr in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through betpjr's internal customer support and complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted in writing to the betpjr support team. betpjr will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a final response within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through betpjr's internal complaints procedure, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by betpjr's licensing authority. betpjr will co-operate fully with any such third-party dispute resolution process.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
